Yes, transportation will be provided to and from Beaverkill Valley Inn. A pickup schedule will be shared for each hotel, and guests are responsible for arriving on time for their designated shuttle. If a shuttle is missed, guests will need to arrange their own transportation, as Ubers and taxis in the area are limited.

As much as we love all the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (21 and over). Due to limited venue capacity, we’re unable to accommodate children, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Upstate New York can be 5–10 degrees cooler than lower elevations since we’re in the mountains. Daytime highs typically reach the low 70s°F, with evening lows in the 50s°F. We recommend checking the weather for Livingston Manor before traveling and bringing a light jacket or shawl for when the sun goes down.

Yes! Our venue offers spaces on-site if you wish to drive to and from the wedding.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you are not taking the shuttles, please plan to arrive by 4:00pm.
